Oto’s has over the years established itself as “the place” to get the freshest sashimi (fresh raw seafood) in the Sacramento area. This was validated in 2007 by being selected by the Sacramento Magazine as the “Best Sashimi Grocer in Sacramento.” 

On a daily basis, Oto’s offers a wide variety of fresh sashimi. These include, ahi tuna, albacore, hamachi (yellow tail), salmon and tako (octopus). Additionally, when available we will have items such as hirame (fluke), kona kampachi, uni (sea urchin) and blue fin toro as well as various seasonal offerings.

In 2007 when Oto’s opened the new Marketplace, it added sushi (vinegared rice with various ingredients including sashimi) to its offerings when they introduced Ray Yamamoto and his “A Sushi Experience”. Ray offers a variety of palate pleasing fresh sushi (Tuesday thru Saturday). Some of his creative sushi includes the dice-k roll, Oto’s roll and the always popular rainbow roll. Also, Ray can provide special orders on request.
